Beautifully decorated top floor apartment with roof terrace situated on the island Rab.

This brand new apartment (built in 2018.) makes a perfect summer retreat home for couples and solo travellers. The accommodation is situated on the top floor of our family house with its own private entrance. It is located very close to the sea, and it only takes around 4 minutes to reach the nearest beach.

The apartment was built to be our summer home. While building and designing it, which we did mostly by ourselves, we had the idea of creating a place where you can feel relaxed and at home. It comprises of a double bedroom, bathroom with toilet, living room and a kitchen with rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace overlooking the sea is a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or late night dinners. When feeling tired from a day spent at the beach you can rest on the comfy yellow sofa in the living room and explore the varied content hidden inside our 42 inches big flat TV. For those with more classical tastes, the newly restored, vintage arm chair is an alternative option for a lovely relaxing spot. The walk-in shower in the bathroom is at your disposal along with the washing machine, towels, iron and hair dryer. Our spacious and bright kitchen is fully equipped and completely ready for use. You are kindly asked not to smoke inside, but feel free to smoke on the terrace.

The entire place has a north-east facing sloping roof which covers the bed and the toilet area. We hope the taller among our future guests will take note of this and take care not to hit their heads too much. The entire apartment is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi.
